Business cycles, sales cycles, buying trends, changes in technology, new products, the ups and downs of the economy, all effect the growth and profitability of our businesses. That may be the prevailing and somewhat comforting thinking of business owners but it just isn’t the cause of business fluctuations and eventual failures. According to Dave Ramsey, lack of leadership is the 400 pound gorilla in the room, and that gorilla is the inconsistent business leader.

Dave Ramsey has built an incredibly successful business empire reminding people what they deep down already know regarding their personal finances. If you don’t, you may go bananas or worse, become extinct.
